About

Ariana Grande, who started her journey at the age of thirteen. Victorious gave her the fame that she deserved for acting, but she was still waiting for her big break. She began performing at the age of eight. She thought Amy Winehouse was her role model, but wait, when did she start singing? Since she was three years old. She sang the national anthem of America, Amy Winehouse, of course. . Then, in her early teens, she became part of a broadway musical before she made her break in 2009 victorious. After the victory ended in 2013, she seems to have been given a rebirth because she started her musical career and instantly became the sensational pop star "the way" that surely gave her to Hollywood. While she opened up about the struggle she faced she was constantly dyeing her hair for her role as the cat, four years she colored it and exposed her hair to bleaching as a result of which her hair now is completely worn out she took to Facebook to embrace her real self and tutored people for the flak she was receiving she said it is just hair, give me a break while as a reader and women both one should applaud her courage to admit the challenges faced on a human level. Why shouldn't one be comfortable just in the way they are; what is this desperate need to change. Hairstyle and hair are just a part of being gorgeous, while the real beauty is still within us, she even remarked that I had no idea it was going to become, like, a thing "Grande said that. "That's how much I like my hair. That's how I've always liked my hair It brings me so much joy, to be honest. It’s how I like my hair. It’s how I’ve always liked my hair It brings me so much joy, honestly. Every time I put my hair up, it’s like a surprise. Like, I forget how much I love it, and then I tie it back and I’m like, ’I love this look! Ooh, girl! Every time I tie it up is like the first time. It’s like true love.

Early Life

Ariana Grande-Butera was born on 26 June 1993 in Boca Raton, Florida. She is the daughter of Joan Grande, Brooklyn-born CEO of Hose-McCann Communications, a manufacturer of communications and safety equipment, and Edward Butera, owner of a graphic design firm in Boca Raton. Grande is of Italian descent and has described herself as an Italian American with Sicilian and Abruzzo roots. She has an older half-brother, Frankie Grande, who is an entertainer and producer and has a close relationship with her maternal grandma, Marjorie Grande. Before her birth, Grande's family moved from New York to Florida, and her parents separated when she was about nine or ten years old. As a young child, Grande performed with the Children's Theater of Fort Lauderdale, playing her first role as the title character in her version of the musical Annie. She also performed The Wizard of Oz and Beauty and the Beast in their musicals. At the age of eight, she performed in a karaoke lounge on a cruise ship and with various orchestras such as the South Florida Philharmonic, Florida Sunshine Pops, and Symphonic Orchestras, and made her first national television appearance singing "The Star-Spangled Banner" for the Florida Panthers. During this time, she attended Pine Crest School in Florida and then North Broward Preparatory School.

Road to Success

Grande's music is generally pop and R&B with elements of EDM, hip hop, and trap, the latter first appearing prominently on her extended Christmas & Chill play. Although she has consistently maintained pop-R&B tones, she has increased the integration of trap into her music as her career progressed thanks to her work with record producer Tommy Brown. She worked with Brown on every album and said, "One of the things I love most about working with Tommy is that none of the beats he plays me ever sound the same." Grande learned how to make and sound engineers, because she loves to be hands-on in every project, and she discovered that Mac Miller taught her how to work with Pro Tools. Justin Tranter, a recent collaborator, was inspired to see how "from writing to vision, to storytelling and even to engineering and composing her own vocals" Grande was involved in her music. She has co-written several of her songs on a wide variety of themes, such as love, sex, wealth, breakups, independence, empowerment, self-love, and moving from the past. Grand's debut album, Yours Truly, was complemented with the help of songwriter and producer Babyface for re-creating the R&B 'vibe and feel of the 90s.' Her follow-up, My Everything, was described as an evolution from her debut record with a new sound exploring the genres of EDM and electropop. She followed her pop-r&b sound on her third album, Dangerous Woman, which the Los Angeles Times praised for adapting to different styles with the reggae-pop "Side to Side," the dance-pop-influenced "Be Alright," and the fusion of guitar and trap in "Sometimes." Her trap-pop sound is heavily featured on her fourth and fifth studio albums, Sweetener and Thanks U, Next. Elias Leight of Rolling Stone believes that "with her new album Sweetener, she has set her sights on conquering a trap, wild basslines and jittery swarms of drum programming." She's also "embracing the sound of hard-bitten Southern hip-hop" exploring elements of funk music with themes of love and prosperity. Craig Jenkins of Vulture wrote that Grande had changed her style to trap and hip hop, filled with R&B undertones on Thanks U, Next, with lyrics about breakups, empowerment, and self-love. Her sixth album, Positions, covers the R&B and trap-pop sound of Sweetener and Thanks U, Next, with themes about sex and romance.

Challenges

From losing her ex-boyfriend to taking an overdose of drugs to call off her engagement, 2018 certainly did not end on a high note for Grande. Instead of having a well-needed mental break, Ariana Grande poured herself into work. Although her chart-topping hits and awards have been shown for all her hard work, Grande's mental state has been suffering, and the singer is finally opening up. "The tour is wild. Life is so wild. I'm grateful for the sea of love that I have around me every day and for the people who come to these shows and give all of us every ounce of energy they have," said Grande on Instagram along with a photo of her during her Sweetener World Tour. She then went on to explain how grateful she was for the ongoing support she received from those around her. "I am very grateful to work with the best musicians and dancers in the world. I am very grateful for my voice and my team. I'm very grateful for this music. I'm grateful to Kurt, my tour bus driver, who bought me pickles yesterday because he saw that we ran out," she said. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to sing to thousands of people every night. it’s a dream come true.”

Failures

Grande stated she struggled with hypoglycemia, which she attributed to poor dietary habits. She also suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and anxiety following the Manchester Arena bombing; she nearly pulled out of her performance in the 2018 broadcast A Very Wicked Halloween due to anxiety. Grande also stated she has been in therapy for over a decade, having first seen a mental health professional shortly after her parents' divorce. Grande has revealed that she has been in counseling for over a decade, beginning with a visit to a mental health specialist just after her parents' divorce. Grande was raised Roman Catholic but left the church after Benedict XVI's pontificate, citing opposition to the church's stand on homosexuality and mentioning that her half-brother Frankie is gay. She and Frankie have practiced Kabbalah teachings since they were twelve years old, claiming that "the root lies in the belief that if you're generous to others, good things will happen to you." Several of her songs, including "Break Your Heart Right Back," advocate for LGBT rights. She has also been dubbed a "promoter with a sex-positive personality."
